Question 2

How do I connect my Strava account?

Question 3

Is there a free plan for CollinghamCo Active?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Free plan is forever and includes connecting Strava, a personal activity feed and last 30-day stats. Pro costs £3.99/month and Elite £8.99/month, adding predictive analytics, weather-pace insights and the buddy report.

Question 4

Do I need my own Strava API credentials?

Accepted Answer

You can use your own Strava API app, recommended for personal data, or the shared club Strava account if you are a club admin. Your own credentials mean the app works entirely with your personal data.

Question 5

How accurate are the race finish predictions?

Accepted Answer

Predictions use your rolling 90-day activity volume and pace to forecast 5K, 10K, half marathon and marathon finish times. They are training guides, not guarantees, but members report them matching race day closely.

Question 6

Can I cancel my Pro or Elite subscription anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pro and Elite are month-to-month or annual, cancellable anytime from the billing portal, with a 30-day free trial available on both paid tiers.
